“INVISIBILE” is an editorial line of independent social magazines whose first issue has been designed and printed.
The project began with the identification of a series of social problems related to the skin, such as racism, superficial consideration of other people’s traumas, violence, psychosomatic disorders and self-acceptance.
The aim of the "INVISIBILE" editorial line is to raise awareness of these themes, dissecting them through some visual narrative threads: the signs, the color, the diseases, the expression of emotions and the decorations.
The INVISIBILE primary goal is to allow the reader to see the unseen, in other words, the story of what lies beneath its visible manifestation.
After the drafting and selection of the textual and visual contents, a functional layout able to appropriately embrace them has been designed. A large format and a delicate and elegant tone have been chosen, also reflected by the choice of the photographic projects included. Within the small editorial office, I held the role of creative director, guiding the group throughout the design steps and identifying the most suitable visual language.
