During the summer following the first wave of Covid-19, I was contacted by La Valle con Te Onlus to develop a Picture Book, supposed to arrive on the desks of all the children of Brescia city and some provinces during meetings held by a team of doctors.
Dedicated to children from first to third grade, its goal is to raise awareness of the ongoing pandemic.
I used the Biancoenero font, specifically designed for dyslexic children. I've created illustrations to support the text and gave life to it through an arrangement of the images on the page that could help the scanning of the reading rhythm.
