INDIVIDUAL PROJECT
The brief of this project consisted in creating a twenty-page paper trailer based on a movie of choice; in my case, “Lion, the way home”, based on a true story.
The work was divided into two parts: a more emotional one, dominated by significant frames and material textures, and a second, more technical, one, aimed to present the cast and the direction.
The choice of the double cover with the separate title is aimed at representing the detachment between the protagonist and the Indian biological family, the leitmotif of the story. I’ve chosen a font with graces that recall the Indian typefaces; I’ve created some recurring material textures to recall the sense of land, another leitmotif of the feature film.
